To be honest, requesting a chargeback through your bank isn’t a wise decision because the issuing bank may revoke your card. We already offer a money back guarantee to our customers as per our policies so if you are not satisfied with our service, you can always request for a refund directly from us.
NOTE: Requesting a chargeback through your credit card provider or bank without first contacting us and following the refund processes is considered fraudulent under U.S.C. Title 18 Section 1029.
Even if a chargeback is made unintentionally, it will cause the customer to be flagged by the community which may happen sometimes when customers see an unknown merchant name on their statement and misjudge it to be a fraudulent transaction.
