Please check your spam folder in case you have missed an email from us. Once you login to “My accounts” tab in the top right corner of the website, you can check the dashboard if the status is marked as ‘completed’ and click on the “view tracking” option so it will display there. Alternatively we have definitely sent your tracking id to you and you need to browse through your spam. Sometimes some email providers may not allow our email notifications so you can check in the dashboard. If your order is finalised before 3PM GMT, it will be shipped within 3 hours for Free Express Shipping orders and 48 hours for Guaranteed EU orders and your tracking information will be emailed by the end of the day. Any orders placed after that then it will be dispatched the next working day, and you can see the tracking information within the next 24 hours. In the event of weekly or public holidays, you may obtain tracking within 48 hours.
